Everyone need to read this book! I never been good at negotiating but I have learned no matter what field of business you are in you need to learn how to negotiate. This book shows you how to boost your confidence and understand difference kinds of personality to better gel you negotiate. Everyone you negotiate with is going to be different. Not to spoil the book but the book is easy to follow and easy to understand the tactics of being a better negotiator.
