I learn how to make an out home toner and a few healthy recipes to add under my cooking/ baking belt. Why lie? The Youtubers had to get their ideas from somewhere. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is in to a healthy living .

If you have every said to yourself that vegan food wasn’t for you. This cookbook is sure to change your mind. You will rethink everything you think you knew about vegan dishes. The layout of the book is easy to follow and the pictures are amazing. Think of Lauren Toyota as the next vegan Chrissy Teigen. Her recipes will anyone and everyone talking about what a great cook you are. My favorite recipe from the book is Loaded Fries Supreme. If it weren’t for copyright issues. I would post the full recipes for your to try. Trust me this book is truly worth your time.

I know I normally do a lot of book reviews and not much else when it comes to posting. After several conversations about life. I have decided to add a new section to the blog. This section will focus on things your parents don’t teach you. It’s a sad reality that most things we learn in life are shared with us by friends. can make for those particular guest. One day I came across Chef Chloe Coscarelli who is said to have revolutionized how vegans cook and eat plant based dishes. I have to say . I am not a huge lover of vegan dishes. Normally they don’t work with my taste buds but I have to say . If I was going to eat a veggie burger or kale dishes. I would love to see what spin Chloe has on it. She uses such staples as avocado , almond milk ,quinoa, tempeh, chia seeds, faro, and ramp. She is also the first vegan chef to win cupcake wars. Even if you are not a big vegan dish fan. This book will make you a lover of vegan dishes.
